Record store day; my first one. I went to Peaches in NOLA. I had no idea what to expect. Got there an hour before opening, and was close to the front of the line. But, they just opened the doors, and there was one display rack and everyone had at it. I missed out on the Duran Duran release but I got the last copy of Prince's "His Majesty's Pop Life (The Purple Mix Club)"--which is excellent, btw--and Louis Armstrong's "Disney Songs The Satchmo Way" so I was happy.
When the topic comes about hooking up with vehicles the first topic that comes to mind to the gentle is that of the tires.

Besides the fantastic bakery bread and these awesome little carts for kids I really don't have anything nice to say about Roth's. I don't do overpriced and uptight too well. We've nicknamed the managers wife "bitch face". It suits her well.
At which point the store manager asked me what I was photographing, the truck or the store... How about about both, in a manner of speaking, and I showed her the photo... And i still can't believe how protective they were, I'd never photograph inside the store but outside? To my understanding that's fair game, ah well, all's well that ends well...
And for you guessing folks, what kind of truck is this?

How I got thrown out of the Apple Store in Glasgow for being on the phone while holding a notebook. I did have my camera around my neck, but the lens cap was on. I was told that the people who post photos of Apple products on Flickr are going to be "contacted". I was also told that Apple "have people" who take care of their "image" online and people are not allowed to take photographs of Apple products and post said photos online.
Bet you didn't know that either.
