BBC 100 sits in Paterson during the brief period that the stored trolleys were kept there, after being removed from Cromdale, but before they were moved to a warehouse in the North West Industrial.
From the placard outside the store:
"J.H. Tunstall and A.A. McSween erected, 1877. A focal point in Lincoln County Ware in which both partners were slain. Despite looting by Seven Rivers group, building continue as a store under pioneer merchants, notably John M. Penfield."
This store was owned by my cousin, who is still living. He ran the small grocery store until I was about 10 or so. The inside was gutted before I took this photo in 2004. The building and its neighbor have since been leveled.
The women's section is finally done. It took me for-EV-er. This is what it looked like partially done.
I just love old rambling structures like this. And it's ready for Trick-or-Treaters. Including a large barking dog on a chain, which is why I didn't get any closer.
Out on Garth Rd there is this little country store which millions of bike riders go by every day back and forth, going wherever bikers go thesedays, but it's a nice looking place and this is the second painting of the same scene.
