This store in Negley, Ohio sells antiques and a lot of what might be considered junk. Some of it would make for great rustic decorations. From the sign in front of the door they appear to be open only on Fridays from 11am-3pm. That would explain why they were closed when I was there. Geocaching on this is approximate. The map is terrible and I don't recall the street. It takes about 3 minutes to drive around the entire town, though.
Stumbled upon this store that sells precious and semi-precious stones, both large geodes as well as small rocks in bulk. It was kinda cool, but I dunno what I'd ever do with bulk rocks. Good for ppl who make their own jewellery, I guess.

Today I visited the Leica store in Miami for a 9|11 gallery by John Botte, and was truly inspired. I became more inspired when I first touched and had the honor to use the LEICA-M System, with a few lenses, such as the 50mm Notilux f/.95.
Prentis Store is the location for one-of-a-kind items handmade by the skilled tradespeople of Colonial Williamsburg, using 18th-century tools and techniques. I didn't understand this concept at first, but was amazed when I realized that the people in Colonial Williamsburg not only told about history, but they lived history, too! Then to see some of their goods actually being sold is pretty neat. Unfortunately, they were beyond our budget. Art and skill does come at a high price!
You can buy leather goods, pottery, furniture, iron hardware and baskets here.
Around since at least the 1960s, this checkerboard sign has been a familiar sight in Merriam, Kansas a suburb of Kansas City.
Appears that a local gift store has closed and left a nice collection of collectable bears at the Goodwill.
Drug Store at 208 Pearl Street in New Albany, IN. Long closed and now the neon sign is falling off the building.
The decimation of the retail sector continues. I was going to say High Street, but this Maplin store is in a retail park. I thought that Maplin had already closed down, but this branch is selling off stock at rock bottom prices

I just could not get the effect I wanted - then I put it in black and white with a vintage feel and there it was.
I see it as a happy-sad thing. I'm glad that many store and business owners in our area are willing to put it out there: without reservation and without judgment, they welcome people who are gay. It's also sad that that's not a certainty in our culture.
