Having done many water drop, splash, oil and water photos I wanted to find something new for this theme. I set out to shoot a drop or a splash of water that would show droplet refraction's of the background. It worked!

Series of five. Splash Point is a wonderful area to view Kittiwakes. Unfortunately the winter storms have taken their toll. The Cormorant rock was empty this time but at least it was still there.
I've seen so many splash! shots lately that I wanted to try it too. I know, not very original but it looks like a lot of fun to do. And it was!! I'm not very happy with the background at this point but I was so happy it worked out the way I wanted that I decided to post this one and work on a better one in the near future...
