Here are the aspects for the different fixed signals. The semaphore signal still seems to be reigning supreme in 1952. Here are more examples of the strange telephone train order signals which used a combination of position light signals and color light signals.

Zoals elk jaar organiseerde de Veluwse Stoomtrein Maatschappij (VSM) weer hun grootse stoomevenement Terug naar Toen. Dit jaar weer met veel stoom en dieselloks die diverse goederen en personentreinen reden tussen Apeldoorn en Dieren. Voor ons lag de nadruk vooral op de goederentreinen en enkele nieuwe fotomotieven (seinen die nieuw geplaats waren).
As every year, the Veluwe Steam Train Company (VSM) once again organized their largest steam event 'Terug naar Toen' (Return to the Past). This year again, many steam and dieselloks with various goods and passenger trains ran between Apeldoorn and Dieren. For us, the focus was mainly on freight trains and some new photo motifs (new signs that were placed).
Wie jedes Jahr, organisierte die Veluwe Dampf Zug Verein (VSM) wieder ihre größte Dampf Veranstaltung ' Zurück nach Damals'. In diesem Jahr zogen wieder Dampf und Dieselloks die verschiedene Güter und Personenzüge zwischen Apeldoorn und Dieren. Für uns war der Fokus vor allem auf Güterzüge und einige neue Fotomotive (neue Signale, die neu aufgestelt wurden).

La batterie côtière de Capbreton était composée de 4 casemates modèle 652 armées de canons de 105 mm Schneider. Apparu en 1943, ce plan-type représente un volume bâti de 880 mètres cube. Le poste de commandement pour batterie côtière de l´armée de terre de type 636 est un modèle classique pour ce genre de batterie. De nombreux abris sont disséminés sur la plage (modèles M 283, 610, 622). Les blockhaus sont aujourd'hui immergés à chaque marée haute….Le déchainement des éléments, vent, vague et coefficient de marée à 112, a aussi fait réapparaitre des vestiges de la seconde guerre mondiale, certains bunkers allemands enfouis depuis plus de 30 ans ont refait leur apparition sur les plages de la Gravière et des Culs Nus. L’ancien mur de l’Atlantique pourrait enfin servir à quelque chose: repousser les assauts de plus en plus répétés de l’océan, Rommel ou Von Rundstedt n’avaient certainement pas imaginés cette utilisation quand ils ont conçu et fait construire le fameux Atlantikwall de 4000 kilomètres de long…D’autres réapparitions ont été signalées du côté de la Gironde et des Charentes! Avec le recul du trait de côte déjà enregistré fin février, le littoral a une nouvelle fois battu en retraite et les vestiges de la seconde guerre mondiale n’ont pas fini de refaire parler d’eux….

This was from the collection of a former railroader. This is a very one of a kind item. This was the model board for Pence Tower (aka MJ Tower) in Momence, Illinois. I don't know really anything about this tower so any photos of it in operation or information about it would be super helpful. I really would like to fix this up so it can operate again!

Malgré sa puissance relativement modeste, la Dauphine allait s'avérer une voiture de rallye particulièrement efficace dans sa version préparée, gagnant le Monte-Carlo en 1958 (Monraisse/Ferret) au classement général. Profitant de ce succès, Renault homologua une version spéciale aux caractéristiques rallye (55 ch) baptisée 1093, produite en série limitée au cours des saisons 1962 et 1963, 2 140 exemplaires en ayant été construit. Disponible seulement en blanc avec deux bandes bleues au centre de la carrosserie, la 1093 offrait de nombreuses modifications spécifiques, comme une batterie 12 volts, des compteurs Jaeger, des phares plus grands, une suspension raffermie et une boîte à quatre rapports. Son plus éclatant succès en compétition fut réalisé en 1962 quand une 1093 pilotée par Orsini/Canonicci remporta le Tour de Corse.
Vendue neuve en 1962, cette rare Dauphine 1093 a changé de propriétaire en 1970 pour partir dans les Pyrénées Atlantiques où elle est restée jusqu'en décembre 1991. Entre 1991 et 2010, le propriétaire suivant l'a entièrement restaurée, carrosserie et mécanique, incluant le remplacement du moteur. En 2010, la voiture partit en Espagne mais n'y fut jamais immatriculée, et figura par la suite dans le magazine Revue Motor Classico (numéro de juillet/août). L'actuel propriétaire a acheté la Dauphine en 2012. Son moteur, toujours en rodage, la voiture est décrite comme étant en excellent état général et est vendue avec la facture de vente originale, son certificat de conformité, son contrôle technique et ses deux cartes grises française, l'ancienne et l'actuelle. Le montage de clignotants arrière est la seule modification signalée.

These quite clear signals were replaced in 1970 by somewhat cryptic '9 eyes' a single signal with 9 globes that can give any which way direction.

Železnice Slovenskej republiky (ZSR): on the left, speed signal at 60 km / h. On the right, signal of the end of a speed restriction. Given that in this case it is an increase in speed, in both signals the image of a locomotive indicates that the train can travel at the new speed when the lead vehicle passes them, without the need for the entire train to pass them.

SNCF Guidon d'arrêt (GA) signal
In some cases (protection of shunting movements, opened crossing...), the guidon d'arrêt is used, as well on the main tracks as on the shunt tracks, in the place of a handheld stop signal.
Just as the closed carré, the closed guidon d'arrêt commands the driver to stop before the signal.
The open guidon d'arrêt never means 'track clear' but simply that the signal is not to be taken into account.
