Our Daily Challenge 1-7 September: Exercise.
It's tricky to get photos at the pool, so I resorted to this lone skateboarder chilling at Slades Farm.
This photograph was taken on my way back down from Witches Point in Dunraven Bay, Southerndown. Swansea is in the distance.
Looking forward to our Algonquin September...where we can connect and celebrate with the Friends of Algonquin. This image is Pog Lake from last year's trip and where we are camping again this year.
The leaves are slowly starting to have a hint of autumn about them now, although this is probably largely due to the dry conditions of the summer rather than the onset of an early autumn.

Matchbooks were a common and popular way to advertise. I found a few old ones yesterday, some were marked 1972. I particularly like the two bottom middle ones. I wish I still had the ones I collected as a pre-teen. I bet they would be quite interesting to see today.

This one came out of nowhere.... It was completely overcast all day long so I went out for a walk figuring I would just get some excercise.... I had no idea the entire sky was going to explode with vivid color.... but by now I carry the camera all the time just in case....

A change of outfit. A girl can't have too many dresses!
18" x 24" after dinner sketching with Ecoline ink, big brush Pitt Pens, Stabilo crayons and Tombow markers.
Still very warm - upper-80s today, which is about 10 degrees above normal.
