The Ladies of Llangollen lived here for nearly 50 years, happily.

This is where, Eleanor and Sarah sat outside in private.

[ We would call it a small Summerhouse now ] !!

But the old fashioned name was " Bower " - several meanings, one of which was a leafy shady shelter in gardens or woods and formed with vines twining together.

Looking up whilst crossing the bridge at Llanfair Caereinion, near Welshpool, opened by the now King Charles 111, in 1990.

River Banwy is underneath the bridge flowing through.

During our drought months over the summer we didn't have many good sunsets, but in September we had a run of really nice ones. So, time for a sunset series.

Looking at impressive National Trust Powis castle

It didn't take Tigelaar long to discover the window with the view of all the pigeons and he's quite happy with his new catTV.
