Sunrise at Herbert Lake, near Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Canada.
A bit of snowfall in mid September is not that unusual for Lake Louise, but it was nevertheless a little surprise. A very pleasant surprise, as the mountains looked great freshly snow-capped.

Beautifully painted properties on Tenby promenade, the beautiful Picteresque seaside and harbour town in Pembrokeshire.
Newgale Beach.
A dramatic two mile stretch of golden sand and shingle located on the St David's peninsula, in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
The beach faces West directly into the Atlantic Ocean and can completely submerge during high tides.
Plas Newydd Llangollen.
The Ladies of Llangollen lived here for nearly 50 years, happily.
This is where, Eleanor and Sarah sat outside in private.
[ We would call it a small Summerhouse now ] !!
But the old fashioned name was " Bower " - several meanings, one of which was a leafy shady shelter in gardens or woods and formed with vines twining together.

From Penally you can walk to Tenby on this shingle and sandy beach

Looking at the south beach Tenby on a beautiful sunny afternoon when we visited on our September break, with a few people walking on it in the distance.
After the misty dawn further down the Langdale Valley at Elterwater, I made my way to Birk Knott above Blea Tarn to catch the early sunshine. Again I was amazed that there was no other person at Blea Tarn on such a wonderful morning. After carrying all my kit up to this spot I settled back and admired the view whilst waiting for the sun to hit the heather in front of me.
This is another stunning location to take in some of the Central Lake Districts fells. From the right above the heather is the lower slopes of Lingmoor leading down to Side Pike, with the Langdale Pikes of Pavey Ark, Harrison Stickle and Pike of Stickle above. To the left of the Langdales is the Mickleden Valley leading up to the fells of Esk Pike, Bow Fell and Crinkle Crags on the left of the frame above Blea Tarn.
I sat here for 45 minutes with a flask of tea just taking in the views it was so peaceful. The view the other way to the South West was equally as good towards Wetherlam and I will post that at some point too.
Looking up whilst crossing the bridge at Llanfair Caereinion, near Welshpool, opened by the now King Charles 111, in 1990.
River Banwy is underneath the bridge flowing through.
A beautiful September night at northbar in empire. Summers coming to end but the colors aren’t. September is a reminder what beauty is to come!

There were about 8 Standard size trees in a row, with different stages of growth on the fruits
