A trip to Red Deer for a lacrosse game, a bit of shopping, a browse around the pet store and look what we come home with! Actually two. I was talking my husband into this little female and he liked the brother and said if we were getting one , we might as well get both.

Day 108: I was wondering what to take a picture of tonight and then with camera in hand laying on the couch looking up i noticed how the lighting made this interesting effect on the ceiling.
My trip was filled with bad travel experiences. This is the second gate I departed from in about an hour. We had to change planes.
Day 181: A bunch of us went over to ed and rhi's for a poker night. There were camera's everywhere, but nights envy was towards ed's iphone (aka The Jesus Phone). It was a good night
One of the things I first loved about my hubby was that he loves music as much as I do and the fact that it was the same exact (minus his adoration for KISS) genres of music was icing on the cake! The Jayhawks are one of those bands we first bonded over back when we were dating! It was a fantastic Friday night show at our old stomping grounds in the city!
Yes - we are insane. These two came from a rescue organization and are now part of our family. I'd forgotten wild energy of kittens in the house and it has been a beautiful chaotic mess. Scout's not thrilled - they're working on her. Still much hissing but Scout hasn't raised her paw to them. We have hope that they'll be friends.
