Jul 26 Yes I'm back again in Abbey Park looking for 365 inspiration! This is the War Memorial honouring those from Evesham who died during the two World Wars. They say the soldier moves his legs and fingers when you look at him at night!
Closed down today and played hookie in the north meadows. the wind was suprisingly strong and blistering on the pond, all you could hear was a wind tunnel.

Someone in my Philosophy class today said that "thinking is a forgotten pastime"... It made me think; do I enjoy being alone with my thoughts? or do I try to distract myself with everything else, just to drone out those inner voices? Maybe life is just too busy to look further down the rabbit hole...
It seems natural to wait for our "real" lives to begin. We ask ourselves; "When will I be happy?" We think perhaps, it's when we start something new or maybe when we finally finish what we started long ago? Maybe when we have more money? more time...
I'm going to try and stop waiting...soon.

i took 194 photos this afternoon in the beautiful sunny weather. i later edited them down to a tight 21 photos over dinner. but when i snapped this one shot tonight after shampooing his hair i knew this was my moment to remember from today.

Yesterday I missed posting some ICM pictures, but you can view them in my blog
ICM, stays for Intentional Camera Movement, and you can make various artistic pictures with this technic. I especially like that from one point come totally different pictures: The a view of a futuristic city skyline, an ultrafast tram, or the destination of the ghost tram, you can also view those picture in today's blog Post.

Gestern habe ich mit bei Marias Looking Close... on Friday! teilgenommen, und die andere neue Bilder sind nur in meinem Blog veröffentlicht.
Das Beste aus der Vortsetzung der ICM-Serie hat es auf heute auch auf Flickr geschafft.
ICM ist Intentional Camera Movement, mit dieser Technik macht man verschiedene künstlerische Bilder durch Kamerabewegung während der Aufnahme. Diese Technik, gefällt mir besonders, durch die Möglichkeit von einem Punkt aus vollkommen unterschiedliche Bilder zu erschaffen: die Ansicht einer futuristischen Stadt aus Blade Runner, eine ultraschnelle Straßenbahn, die mit Lichtgeschwindigkeit vorbeifliegt, oder in einem abstrakten Lichtspurenspiel das Ziel der dieser Geisterstrassenbahn ablesen zu können, alle diese Bilder findet ihr hier Blog.

Snake skin is made up of smooth, dry scales. Periodically, their skin starts molting and they literally crawl of their old ones. I think that's pretty powerful, to have the capacity for self-renewal.
Winter is the harshest three months in the year. The air is thin, it's dark out, and the sunless skin dries out, cracks and tears. It's the time that I realize I am built for the tropics. There is an upside to winter though, it gives me time to think of the changes ahead.
