Então passei esse Rosa q ficou muito blé em mim, ñ gostei e o coitadinho estava encalhado aqui ah um tempão!

Pink unicorn for my daughter, from the pattern for a horse and unicorn from Funky Friends Factory. I love this pattern! The unicorn turned out so great, although I need to add more stuffing in the legs.

Can't believe that it's the end of term already. Finlay is on holiday for 8 weeks. My flickr time is going to be limited during the holidays as I will be away.
Looking forward to seeing Jo & Meredith in London. Will have a couple of weeks in Tunisia and also a trip to the Isle of Skye.

i just thought this one area of my room looked good and decided to share! Very monochrome....just that pink bit, then theres all diff colz (choclate, lime and apricot...mmm im hungry!) :P lol
This small bush was established when we bought our house
in 97 but the adjoining maple tree is growing and shading the roses for the past five years we are watching the roses decline
not as full as it was and its branches becoming sparse .
Erika asked me to put some of my luck in dealing with this rose
to give it a better chance ,,so cuttings will be done to try my luck with this plant.
I must agree with her these are powerful smelling flowers it be sad to watch them further fade away.
Someday the silver moon and I will go to dreamland
I will close my eyes and wake up there in dreamland
and tell me who will put flowers on a flower's grave?
who will say a prayer?
Will I meet a china rose there in dreamland?
Or does love lie bleeding in dreamland?

Wondering where the pink variety occurred naturally, I thought it was interesting to learn that Mark Catesby, an English naturalist and artist who came to Williamsburg Virginia in 1712, collecting plants and documenting the flora and fauna, commented that he found a dogwood with "flowers of a rose color" that had fallen over with a number of its branches taking root in the ground...he then transplanted these to a garden here in virginia.
