Here's a little personal project I created for a fictional concert featuring some of my favorite bands. I love heavy metal and have been wanting to create a poster like this for a while. Enjoy! \m/

Print concepts inspired by the colour and lines within my chosen map (right). Also sketchbook page of a pink paint study (the main colour of the map) in order to explore a variation of tones and shades which later informed my chosen colour palette.
These four concepts are an independent extension of a cartography project which were translated into prints. I was pleased with the visual outcomes, which is highly striking due to the clear colour scheme (neutrals with a pop of pink) and juxtaposition of the different collaged medium. However the main difficulty I found when making these is to design them so that they're infinite/repeatable, a technique of which I would like to refine and improve to a higher level.
