Dominoes isn't really taken seriously any more, except in pubs in Scotland. I once won a turkey at christmas in a pub in the Highlands. I don't think they appreciated a stranger walking in and nicking their bird, especially as they suspected - quite rightly - that it was just beginner's luck.
I've got quite a good hand here. There are 7 dominoes that carry a 6-spot (0-6, 1-6, 2-6, 3-6, 4-6, 5-6 and 6-6). Two are on the table, and two in my hand. The 0-6, 2-6 and 6-6 are either in the boneyard or in my opponent's hand. If I play the 4-6 to block off the 4 (which I don't want to leave open since I have no other 4s), then my opponent can play any 6 he wants, and I can respond and be in a reasonably good space.

you toast your own bagel, which is nice. only she forgot until too late to tell me that the slot on the far left burns the bagel; and she never told me that the second-from-left doesn't toast at all. so i ate one partially blackened bagel half, and one cold half.
I'm really good at giving other people advice, but not so good when it comes to giving myself some! This page, prompted by Elsie and Rachel's class, represents some of the advicce I should be giving myself lately!

My niece and I took a Sunday drive today and came across this apple orchard that offered "pick your own." It was a fun end to our trip, which also included some steers, turtles, corn fields, ice cream parlor, and a little friendly trespassing :)

To view in stereo, sit 2-3 feet from the monitor and gently cross your eyes so that the two images become three. The one in the middle will be in 3d. If you are finding this difficult, you may be trying too hard. Viewing the original size is best.

I thought, while he is gone, probably getting some killer (I will get to that later.) shots up in Montana, having no problem getting drinks with his fake ID, I post this one as a placeholder until he returns with cf cards full of images and pants full of... I won't touch that sensitive topic but there are bears in the park, so yeah... probably pants full of cuts and stains... I'll leave it at stains. Have some great light buddy!

Giovanni Almonte is a composer and vocalist born in New York City, the son of a Dominican family. His experience as the front man for the band brokenMadison has garnered him a reputation as a powerful performer with a sincere and passionate stage presence. Over the course of several years brokenMadison toured throughout the east coast, Europe and Egypt before disbanding in 2005 while recording their first album.
Giovanni Almonte continues on his musical career as a solo artist embracing his Latin heritage and the influence of New York City's diverse culture. He is recognized for blending elements of Salsa, Rock, Afro-Cuba, Jazz and Electronica. His unique yet diverse style and inspired writing has allowed him to perform and record with a wide range of musicians including hip-hop producer King Solomon, who featured Giovanni on the acclaimed 2009 release, "The Big Picture". Giovanni Almonte was also featured on another 2009 release by the Latin Jazz group The Curtis Brothers. Their first single, "Thoughts Not My Own" included original lyrics and vocals by Giovanni.
Now with experience and an established working relationship with some of New York City's most renowned young musicians, Giovanni Almonte has finished recording his debut solo work that combines powerful lyrics, beautiful melody, raw vocal performances and virtuosity second to none.
The album "High vs. Low" is scheduled for release in June 2010 and includes 12 original compositions written, arranged and produced by Giovanni Almonte and Julie "Jewls" Acosta. The album is bi-lingual English and Spanish and is an eclectic and sophisticated production with global appeal.
Dr Helmut Marko is unhappy with the management of Red Bull's own Formula 1 circuit in Spielberg. This week, Renault is testing a two-year-old car at the Red Bull Ring, which will be the scene of the first two post-corona races beginning next month.
Red Bull's Marko is not happy that the circuit's management, called Projekt Spielberg, opened its doors to the former Red Bull engine supplier. "It was a great achievement by Projekt Spielberg that they rented the track to a competitor team," he told Speed Week, sarcastically.
"Let's just say that it was a generous gesture." It is believed that Red Bull-Honda is unable to test a two-year-old F1 car because of its poor relationship with former engine supplier Renault who has been reluctant to provide an engine and related services to facilitate such testing by the Red Bull F1 team. Without a doubt this will put more stress on the already very fragile relation between Renault and Red Bull Racing.
Alpha Tauri is therefore running a 2018 Honda-powered Toro Rosso car at Imola next week. It is believed Max Verstappen and Alex Albon could join the Alpha Tauri drivers in getting turns behind the wheel to at least get some time on the circuit.

Heinens, Inc. is a family-owned and operated regional supermarket chain in Northeast Ohio and in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Heinen's was founded in 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio when Joe Heinen opened a small meat market on Kinsman Road (now called Chagrin Boulevard).
