"Upon a direct criminal complaint summons filed by Ashiru Sani Bazanga and 6 others before this Honourable Court dated the 28/5/2010 for allegations of Defamation of Character and inciting Disturbance of Public Peace against the accused person Mallam Abubakar Rabo Contrary to sections: -392 & 114 Penal Gode.
And Upon service of Criminal Summons on accused and return a copy of an endorsement of the Criminal Summons shows that the accused was duly served, and he collected and signed on the 1/6/10, but chose to disregard this Honourable Court. It is in that light and pursuant to sections 70(1) (a) (b) CPC and section 153 CPC
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
For the immediate arrest of the accused person to compel his appearance before this Honourable Court in the interest of Justice.
The Commissioner of Police, Kaduna State shall see to the immediate execution of that warrant against the accused person.

These cool letters are created by pressing newsprint paper pulp into plastic letter shaped molds. The letters are left to dry and then decoupaged with vintage sewing patterns using Mod Podge. The letters measure between 2.5" and 3" high.

Order No. 11 is artist George Bingham's response to a notorious event during the Civil War. Raids by slaveowners from Missouri were frequent on border settlements in Kansas, where slavery was prohibited. Knowing that raiders were being hidden in the Missouri border counties, the Union commander, General Ewing, issued General Order #11 on August 25, 1863, to evacuate the Missouri counties bordering Kansas. Citizens, regardless of their innocence or guilt in the attacks, were forced to leave their homes. This large-size propaganda painting, showing a father trying to protect his daughters from Union troops while his son lies dead at his feet, was meant to disgrace General Ewing whom Bingham saw as responsible for the horrendous acts.

People who watch "Law and Order" (the original series) often see the main characters sitting or walking in this park as they discuss their legal options. It's right across the street from the courthouse whose steps are seen even oftener.
