The Order of the Arrow Naguonabe Lodge held their 2006 spring conclave at Parker Scout Reservation.

"Кран не работает" -- Tap not working, 2 out of 5 taps. Lots of things were not working at the orphanages, particularly the plumbing.

I wonder if the taps wouldn't be quite easy for a plumber to fix, and I also imagine there are several unemployed plumbers in Odessa, but I suspect there's simply not enough funds for orphanages to employ them. As long as one tap is still working, they have greater priorities.

Nothing spectacular, just a sign of life really after a wee break.

A mixed group consisting of Soldiers, civilians, family members, Vicenza Alpini, Monte Berico Chapter and volunteer "knights" of the Order of Malta work together for the annual cleanup of the steps and arcades of Monte Berico. Approximately 35 members of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa came together to help Italian volunteers pick-up trash and sweep the steps in preparation of the pilgrimage of Monte Berico on Sept. 8, the day the citizens of Vicenza honor their patron saint “Virgin Mary of Monte Berico.” Traditionally during that day the Sanctuary of Monte Berico welcomes thousands of pilgrims arriving from all over the region.

In attendance were U.S. Army Garrison Italy Commander Col. Matthew J. Gomlak and Vicenza Mayor Francesco Rucco, who thanked the volunteers for their effort and partnership.

The Tap Out Ceremony is an event where scouts are chosen to join the and elite branch of the Boy Scouts called the "Order of the Arrow". The Order of the Arrow (OA) is a national honor society of the Boy Scouts of America. Founded by Dr. E. Urner Goodman and Carroll A. Edson in 1915

Trinuma is a loyal agent of the secretive Order of Mata Nui. In cannon he didn't do too much, bought some weapons with Botar, got ambushed by Makuta Icarax and survived to tell the tale, dumped Vezon on Destral, survived Makuta's attack on Destral. Trinuma is just another soldier for the Great Spirit.

I was playing around with a torso design I wanted to use for a Glatorian MOC when I discovered this torso and thought it would be perfect for Trinuma. Of course Trinuma is supposed to be 9 feet tall, and this one is about the size of a Toa so... he's a little short, but the torso fits him, I think at least. His arm movement is restricted because of the torso though, and ultimately the reason I scrapped the wings on his 'kinetic energy weapon'. I'm particularly proud of the way I was able to recreate the shape of the red foot piece the original uses on the upper arm.

On April 17, 2015, a celebration was held during Carnival Weekend to honor members of Carnegie Mellon University's Order of the May, which recognizes individuals who demonstrate an extraordinary degree of loyalty by giving to CMU each fiscal year. Named for Albert C. May (E'21, '22), who founded the Annual Fund at Carnegie Tech in 1947 and contributed to it every year until he passed away in 1998, this special order honors those who embody all the best characteristics for which Mr. May is remembered. Those who achieve two, five, 10, 15 and 20 years of consecutive giving receive personal recognition from the university. Individuals who achieve 25+ years of consecutive giving are inducted as lifetime members into the Order of the May. For more information, visit www.giving.cmu.edu/ootm.

On February 3, 2015, the Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and Chancellor of the Order of Ontario, formally welcomed 26 remarkable people into the Order of Ontario during a ceremony at Queen's Park. The Order of Ontario is the province’s highest official honour. It recognizes any current or former long-time resident of Ontario who has demonstrated a high level of individual excellence and achievement in any field benefiting the people of Ontario or anywhere in the world. By stepping forward as leaders in the community, the newest members of the Order of Ontario have helped build a brighter future for our province, and the world.

So recently I made a order from BrickArms, and it came 3 or so days ago. Here's what I ordered:

New York Army National Guard Soldiers and their guests attend the annual Order of St. Barbara Dinner held by the 1st Battalion, 258th Field Artillery in New York, N.Y. on Dec. 7, 2018. At the annual dinner the battalion recognizes outstanding artillery Soldiers by presenting them with the Order of St. Barbara. St. Barbara is the traditonal patron saint of artillerymen. One guest at this year's dinner was World War II veteran Charles Brown who fought with the 258th Field Artillery in German in 1944 and 1945. Brown was presented with a modern day Soldiers uniform and also presented with the award. ( Division of Military and Naval Affairs photos by New York Guard Captain Mark Getman)

"Angel Mirror" was a custom order - Angel was a design by Bruce Worthington, that I incorporated into this unique ooak walnut framed mirror.

It's an Intarsia-style piece that consists of Black Walnut, Aspen, Curly Maple, Yellowheart, and Ebony and is all natural - no stains or dyes are used on my Intarsia pieces!

It measures 28" tall and includes a precisely cut acrylic mirror.

Great for the hallway, bedroom, bathroom, or even a well-appointed guest room...

This was given as a Christmas present to my client's mother.

Her 'feedback' -

"This angel mirror is gorgeous. Workmanship is incredible!! My Mom loves the mirror, it made the perfect gift. Seller is wonderful to work with and I will be back to shop at her store!"
