In order to avoid the literal crush of people viewing the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin, we headed out to Hains Point -- same cherry blossoms, way less people. Anil and Alaina were good sports, given that we ended up having to sit in the car for a bit, but it was such a nice day that it was worth it.
