K&P Coaches became a new operator of the optare tempo very recently being given custody of Welsh Government AAF for the their share of the new T10 from Bangor to Corwen. An ideal route for the tempo with some long stretches of fast running on the A5 through snowdonia. It is seen here in Corwen, where once 33 years ago i photographed a Crosville Bristol RE a few yards from this spot !

This is what happens when someone pushes the wrong button on an industrial oven to racks of plastic trays full of meat products. Instead of steam cooking the product, the operator selected roasting....at much higher temperature

Besides nuts, the capuchin also eats fruit, insects and larvae, eggs and young birds, frogs, lizards, and even bats. They are also known to chase cats!!!

It's been upgraded a little and was also cleaned up, with edgy marks and misplaced paint. To be honest, I think the paint will pull it to amazing-ness. Let's hope.

On August 28, 1989, just a few days after Clee's retirement, we got word of a southbound inspection train coming down the CE&D. It was a gray and hazy day, but you've got to do what you've got to do. Operator Bobby McClara is coming down the steps for the rollby.
After the southbound train passed, we heard that there was a track geometry train coming north after meeting the inspection train. So we decided to hang out and wait, and ended up with a HUGE surprise.
