The latest in our long-running line of top-shelf modern military minifigs, the Special Forces Operator is our best yet. Expertly pad printed and limited to a numbered edition of 500, this fig is for the serious collector. The best part: he comes with an exclusive BrickArms weapon, printed by Citizen Brick!
It's better then figs...
a little from the usual suspects with some StTheo throne in for good measure

Statue # 8 at the Korean War Memorial in Washington DC. I'm drawn to the empty look in his face - to eyes that have seen too much.
This is what happens when someone pushes the wrong button on an industrial oven to racks of plastic trays full of meat products. Instead of steam cooking the product, the operator selected roasting....at much higher temperature
Extra Milw 96C East clearing Newport block, entering Curry block. A one time special operation temporary Manual Block station. Joint Milw/BN track between Newport and St.Croix Tower during fall 1978 down to one track account Milw EWD track out for system steel gang. To increase track capacity in one direction ABS, divide the 10 mile block to 5 miles to allow 2 trains (1 per block). This block house at Currry,MN. with battery powered train order signal was established. Unusual for main line operations even then, it served 630am-1030pm. As seen, yours truly had the 1st trick "lawn chair" assignment. Nice duty. Now CP/BNSF ownership, both mains are CTC,so this will probably never happen again.
The date is October 9, 1973, and the tower clock reads 11:09 a.m. Grand Trunk operator/leverman Keith Brown is relaxing in his office chair at "Fort Wayne Tower" northwest of the town of Valparaiso, Indiana. GTW towermen controlled the crossing of their railroad with the PRR Ft. Wayne Line (hence the tower's name), and the roughly paralleling Nickel Plate. Today, the location (bereft of a tower) is known as "Spriggsboro" or "Wayne".
There's a lot to be seen in this image by an unidentified photographer from 45+ years ago – the operator's plain work clothes, the lever frame at left, the Folger's coffee can – perhaps serving as a spittoon – the block line apparatus and sounder, the train sheet on the desk, not to mention the pencil sharpener and lunchbox. While relaxed, the look on the operator's face suggests that he means business, and will spring into action once his services are needed to line up an approaching train on one of the three railroads he served.
Interlocking towers had a unique aroma of stale tobacco, cigarette smoke, creosote, dust, and sometimes coal smoke. While this doesn't sound appetizing, it is an aroma that evokes a lot of fond memories for me. I never visited Fort Wayne Tower, but I know I would have felt at home there.

Captured this Harris's Hawk at a falconry display in Kent with my grand daughters.
Sharp eyes may notice a thin wire attached to the bird's back, not a hair on my lens, it is a tracker in case the bird decides to go for a joyride around the countryside.
A classic pair sits waiting for their next shuffle at the United Farmers Cooperative in Tamora, NE. Up front is SD18 IBCX 7309, a old Chesapeake and Ohio unit that still sports the colors of its last owner, the Indiana Railroad. Trailing is one of the many Conrail GP's that made their way to the Midwest after no longer being needed in Class 1 service. This GP8 rebuild started life with the Erie Railroad in 1950 as a GP7.

SPW Operator .308 AK with the Chainsaw...Why? Because we can ;)
As a result of a few too many glasses of Jack Daniels, Sweetwater gunsmith Josh, developed the CLAW, or Chainsaw Like Assault Weapon; A heavily customized Saiga .308 rifle featuring ergonomics found on AR type rifles. The cornerstone of the CLAW is it's high-strength, Tacticool Chainsaw, Which can be used for cutting down or through doors, or sawing a insurgents chest in two, it's really up to you.
Comment if you want me to give the code for the SPW Chainsaw :)

The above image is a scan from an original Kodachromeâ„¢ slide. The default size is 2000 x 1250 pixels, so clicking on the photo will enlarge it for better viewing.
The original image comes from my slide collection, amassed over the past 40+ years. They are a combination of my own photographs and ones acquired over those years.
I created this Photostream in 2017 for the purpose of holding my slide collection as an archive, as otherwise they would just remain in binders and boxes, not being enjoyed by anyone, myself included.
Comments are welcome.
