13th March 2018:
Had no idea what to take today and as I was so enjoying the sunshine in the garden I really couldn't be bothered to go much further. So I dug in the Happy Hippy Bag.
Grumble Smurf was moaning so much that Mummy, Billy Big Eyes and Staff Nurse Flossy decided that maybe some time in the fresh air and sun might do him some good.
So out we all went and they got ready for their photo session. We were all happy, other than Grumble Smurf, nothing seemed to cheer him up, so once I'd finished taking their photo Flossy and Mummy took them back into their bag. I stayed out and enjoyed more of the lovely weather. Whereas Grumble Smurf just kept on grumbling.
Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites. :O)

I know I said I wasn't going to upload for a while but I wanted to update you all ... Missy brought this fawn into the yard around 11:30 this morning ... she trotted it up close to the deck as if to say "look mom...this baby is safe" ... she stayed for about 5 minutes and then left with the fawn ... she has just come back now and is laying in the back ...we don't know if Missy had twins or just this one fawn .. we will never know to whom the little angel belonged ... now we can only hope this fawn stays safe ...
Another T.U.R.D. Bot, this one is kitted out with double Direct, double Melee systems in a variation on the Closer archetype.

Jackson gets back to basics in order to experience the full force of nature in all its majesty.
I did a bit of stripping myself to get this shot, although it was only my socks and shoes that I took off. I clambered into the stream and set up my tripod in the water. The water was icy but it was totally worth it.
Those hexagons were a happy accident. I got water on the lens during an earlier shot. I couldn't have asked for a better effect to add a certain mystical quality to the shot, though, right?

It's been raining lately and sunrise is almost elusive these days. Taken on my way back home, passing by at the new Sungai Buluh Hospital.

Apparently, Baby #1 gave me one last shot before taking off from the nest... :)
Have a lovely day, dear friends...
I have explained to the little bears that though it is sad to take down Christmas decorations, we will be decorating for Mardi Gras soon!
Or so it seems that spring lasted around here. Back to winter - snow expected tomorrow.
But I discovered a new way to waste time in Photoshop. Camera Raw lets the user selectively adjust portions of the raw file. In this case, I dropped the exposure on the entire image by almost a full stop, then brought just the crocus back up to the original exposure value.

Another one of the six wooden statues that stand in a circle nest to Tintern station. This one features Offa who created Offa's Dyke that ran along the boundary between England and Wales. He ruled the Kingdom of Mercia between 757 and 799.
Australian rail freight operator Genesee & Wyoming Australia (GWA) finally has a new name and logo. It will be renamed One Rail Australia following confirmation of the acquisition of the remaining 51.1% interest in GWA by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real assets (MIRA) and Dutch pension fund PGGM.
The deal was originally supposed have been settled concurrent with the sale of US-based Genesee & Wyoming Inc to Brookfield on 31 December 2019, but has been delayed reportedly for legal and administrative reasons. MIRA and PGGM previously acquired the other 48.9% of GWA in 2016.
The new entity will be rebranded One Rail Australia with a new logo, although the distinctive G & W ‘bumble bee’ livery of orange and black will be retained for the immediate future.
