Two women. One once was a man.

Both are selling themselves, offering blowjobs for $20 or half and half for $50.

One can’t stop talking, a mania of cocaine and crack.

The other can barely talk, words slurred by injected opiates and a half-frozen face.

“Its Bells-palsy, it will go away soon.”

The other tries whispering, “No, it’s a stroke. Speedballs will do that.”

They hug for warmth.

At this moment there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world. Some are running scared. Some are coming home. Some tell lies to make it through the day. Others are just now facing the truth. Some are evil men at war with good and some are good struggling with evil. Six billion people in the world - six billion souls. And sometimes all you need is one. - oth

It's Pride Week in Calgary, as we celebrate the diversity that makes us as a city, province, and country so much stronger. One of the elements of the festival is the Pride Bus, which has been riding a variety routes in the city. Happy Pride week all!

Some photos I took of the model that I have built at home. It's 2 studs longer than a version on official Brickvault photos and more true to the Clone Wars variant. I've created instructions to both versions, also there are 2 stand variants.

One of my more memorable super bowl viewing spots, Westport, NZ. My wife and I were on a bicycle tour at the time and somehow I knew the game was being played that day. I rode up to the first pub as we came into town and checked it for a TV, needless to say they were not watching the game. I asked if they might be able to put the game on, no worries.

One thousand memories.

Yes, I'm in the memory making business

A male Broad-tailed hummingbird

last week was our one year anniversary.

a little over a year ago i ran into kevin at lunch and he came over and gave me a hug because we hadnt seen each other in about a year. we decided we would catch up one weekend and we exchanged phone numbers and i ended up joking around about how i used to have the biggest crush on him when i was in the 8th grade. and he told me he had liked me since we met and that he never knew how i felt. funny because i would write him endless amounts of notes to shove into his locker and id bring him food and always told him how cute he was( boys... go figure). me being the little spicey brat i am, told him he didnt have the balls to kiss me so next day we met in the stairwell and BAM . as we pulled away from our first kiss i saw that he was smiling and i realized i was smiling too. we kind of stared at eachother and just smiled. all goofy and smitten. over the next few weeks we would sneek into the gym stairwell between classes and kiss till the bell rung. on day right after school ened he walked me to my locker and i went in for a hug goodbye( we hadnt publicly shown our affection twards eachother) and he kissed me on the lips for everyone to see. i saw 3 people do a double take and another guy said "oh yeah!" i was smiling so big my face hurt. only a few short days after that while sitting on my couch i wrote "i like you" on his had and he wrote "i like you most" he asked me to be his girlfriend on October 15 2011.

here we are a year and a week later still all butterflies and fire works when we kiss. i love him to death and im happy that after 2 years hes finally mine.. im glad ive finally found someone who makes me feel like this.

being in love is so awesome. I love being in love.

Time exposure shows eight ticks per second on the sweeping second hand on my watch. 28,800 per hour...252,288,000 per year. hard to think of some mechanism acting 250M time a year on your wrist...

This is full res...I am going to post a crop later today.

"Matilda" , My mini Schnauzer.

I'm pretty much falling asleep on my feet today. We had a great Sunday/Easter dinner at my parents' house but I was so groggy, I don't think I was really the best company. Cest la vie. I whipped off a quickie photo for today and now I'm going to go sink into a bubble bath and indulge in my exhaustion. I might even go to bed before 8pm. Such an exciting life, I lead!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a fun Easter if you celebrate this holiday. I got a gift certificate for a hair cut and highlights in my easter egg this year, so maybe one of these days you'll see me sporting some new shorter, blonder hair. Never know!

One Canada Square is a skyscraper in Canary Wharf, London. It is the third tallest building in the United Kingdom at 770 feet (235 m) above ground level, and contains 50 storeys. It achieved the title of the tallest building in the UK upon completion in 1991 and held the title for 21 years until the completion of The Shard (310m) in 2012.

One Canada Square was designed by César Pelli with Adamson Associates and Frederick Gibberd Coombes. The building is clad with stainless steel. One of the predominant features of the building is the pyramid roof, which contains a flashing aircraft warning light, a rare feature for buildings in the United Kingdom. The distinctive pyramid pinnacle is 800 feet (240 m) above sea level.

One Canada Square is primarily used for offices, though there are some retail units on the lower ground floor. There is no observation floor. It is a prestigious location for offices and as of October 2017 was completely let. The building is recognised as a London landmark, and it has gained much attention through film, television, and other media as one of the tallest buildings in the United Kingdom.
