The short version: One light CL & 2 reflectors - camera center and CR.
Strobist info: Elinchrom S2000 in a 57" Quadra softbox that is feathered from the left side near the wall and at subjects height. The two Gator Board reflectors and catching most of light for broad fill. One is just under the view camera angled up & the other one is a full sheet (4X8ft) to CL. A flag was used to keep light off of the camera.
Scanner: Epson 850 @ 600dpi.
