miah and i went on over to famous dave's bar-b-que to celebrate miah's happy braces-off day!
we've been eyeing this place for a while now, but since she had her braces on, she couldn't have any.

I actually did a whole 1.75 lb porterhouse, I gave Lisa (my beautiful wife) the tenderloin section.
It's kinda an ugly plating, but it was a nice sauce.
Being a meatcutter has its perks.
This lunch is leftover meatloaf in a silicone cupcake liner, mashed potatoes with bell pepper and currant flowers and kiwi and mini grapes.

Today we were living right -- for lunch we had leftover baked rigatoni with a sweet pepper and tomato sauce entirely grown in our garden this past summer, for dinner we had this scrumptious spread, and for dessert we had an orange and chocolate chunk bundt cake. So what's this scrumptious spread? Why, roast chicken with garlic croutons, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli with red bell pepper. On the side, the amazing bottle of wine my boss gave me for Christmas. Again, life is good.
