Splash some oil into yer cast-iron skillet. A bbq-skillet is handy in a case like this one, it makes for more attractive looking meat.
A well orchestrated thanksgiving feast, each stove, and oven too, fully utilized. And off to the sides, a toaster oven, and microwave, too.
Home made steak wrapped with bacon, scallops wrapped with bacon and baked mushrooms with mozzarella. Coupled with a salad, soup and instant mashed potatoes.
