It was a damp walk down to church, but we had a good service, with the Coln Choir singing the hymns for us, and Tim Morris playing the organ beautifully, as always. There were quite a lot of people - over 20 - but we couldn't chat as we would normally have done, as we're not supposed to socialise!
We'd booked lunch at the Keepers, which is on our way home, and it was good to be back there after lockdown2, and actually inside too, which was lovely. The food was delicious (no surprise there!) and we very much enjoyed it all. I loved Michelle's sprout wreath!

Moving offices again, so will lose this view, not that I went up to the kitchen much.

I wasn't expecting to see any trains, then West Midlands Railway 172212 arrived for the 14:42 service to Stratford-upon-Avon.
I still need to get a train back to Stratford, maybe in December, after the 2nd lockdown ends and things reopens again.

After checking out the skyline, walked down through the woods, with leaves all over the ground and some paths were a bit muddy.

Many of the discs have been removed, but now they will be able to do a proper job, take them all off, and repaint blue underneath.
Will eventually be a pink hoardings design on the outside while they replace the discs underneath.
Meanwhile the Christmas lights have gone up on Park Street and Moor Street.

Perhaps they should set up a website and app so customers can buy their clothes online and get delivered to their homes. They are behind with the times.
Hardly been out on the 2nd lockdown with the return of the "Stay at Home" message. So if I walk, just the local area, and not out every day.
RIP to the late Keith Emery of Keith Emery Butchers.
Keith Emery passed away in September 2020. But his butcher shop is still open, so probably being run by his colleague now.

This morning I did some chores around the house, and after lunch drove over to Witney to spend some time with Lucas & Bethan. It's the last visit before lockdown2, so we won't be able to go into the house again for a month. Will be able to meet up in a park or public place, socially distanced, but that will be all. It was great to have cuddles and rock him to sleep when he was tired.
