This is a stack of post it notes. Numerous attempts to get the corners and edges to line up perfectly were a big fail. I did get one that was pretty good but it lacked the shadow and detail of this one. So, here's to a bit of imperfection!

On a dark and scary night,
bats take flight and the winds
screech through the tall dark trees.
Walking on the city streets,
lost in the fog where monsters hide,
achew....
Was that a sneeze?
Should you run, run for your life?
Toward the never ending, end of the road
lined with tall dark scary tree's.
Running faster,
the trees begin to blur.
There it is again.
Achew....
Another sneeze.
How fast should you run?,
will you ever reach the streets end?
What is that sound
on the other side of the trees?
Almost there,
do not look around,
even the trees are
listening for the sound.
Achew....
your friend walking with you
lets out another sneeze!
Geeze

A close up of the score to one of my big band arrangements.
Hi,
This is my contribution to Macro Monday June 27th theme "Line Symmetry". I'm really hoping I have enough symmetry from the forks in this shot to qualify for the theme. I tried with a leaf and didn't like the pictures.
The two forks are in a bath of water+milk with micro LED lighting the bottom of the mill bath since the LED are coloured they created the ethereal glow in the milk. A lot of similar pic use an egg in the middle but since we just bought cherries at the market I decided the color and texture was nicer.

I had to use my 50mm lens with the Raynox 250 to get a macro shot this week, my macrolens is broken and can't be fixed :( That's gonna cost me some money !!!

...a little piece of M-shape pasta for soup and a bit of flour. Magnification 4:1 aprox. Nice day...!!!
Nature abounds with line symmetry. Natural objects are rarely perfectly symmetric. This scallop shell comes close. Illuminated by a single LED flash light with a white reflector for fill.
Der Titel ist mir eingefallen, weil die Nahaufnahme ein fast grinsendes Gesicht zeigt. Die nur andeutungsweise vorhandenn Fühler sehen hier aus wie kleine dunkle Augen. Die Vierfleck-Libelle ist sicher etwas anderes am beobachten, aber weltweit dominiert greade die Fußballweltmeisterschaft in allen Medien. Viele schauen gebannt zu.
