Line Symmetry for Macro Mondays. I think this is such an unusual shape for a flower, almost square and so very pretty! Happy Macro Mondays everyone : )
I'm pretty sure this feather belonged to a rosella. They are such beautiful, bright birds and frequent the neighbourhood along with rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos (white and black), tawny frogmouths and red rumped parrots, to name just a few. Ahhh, the birds of Australia - all bright and brash and bold! Makes you want to scream when you spot one you've not seen before.
This week's Macro Mondays entry - topic being, Line Symmetry.
Note: The "Line of Symmetry" is the imaginary line where you could fold the image and have both halves match exactly.
You might say, I put my heart into this photographic
challenge ... :-)
View large please. The wings are perfect symmetrical with a very complicated pattern of lines. And this all isn’t bigger as 3”, so I can show the whole insect.
Thanks for taking time to fave, comment and look at my work. I really appreciate.

Wooden Butterfly
Happiness is like a butterfly which,
When pursued, is
Always beyond our grasp,
But which, if you will sit down quietly,
May alight upon you
