Súčasťou modernizačného balíčka je okrem technického riešenia aj servis, údržba a dodávka elektrickej energie. Komplexné riešenie je financované z úspor dosiahnutých nižšou spotrebou elektriny. Ide o tzv. ESCO (Energy Service Company) projekt.

LED's, not just for Christmas anymore. I thought rope lights would be fun to put in between the tile and the glass countertop. We bought both a blue rope light and a set of blue icicles. The rope lights weren't bright enough, but the LED's show through the opaque glass great!
