We're redoing our kitchen. We've just put up metal sheets on the wall and on this portion of the counter.
When we moved into the flat in October 2006 it was all groovy and cool, except for the kitchen. We're finally getting around to renovating it.
sb-24 to camera left bounced off ceiling at 1/2 power. Vivitar 285 at 1/2 power bouced off ceiling above camera and slighting to the right.
Record shot,building work in progress to extend into utility room,remove wall,add French doors and build new utility in garage.

Bummer this is blurry....all my collections are in the kitchen. Aluminum and widowed salt shakers are particular weaknesses of mine.
I bought a couple of wooden table mats last month during a shopping trip in Helsinki. They're made of bamboo wood, and they were oh, so cheap! I immediately thought about using them in Sybil's kitchen, but I haven't decided yet if they will be part of the floor or walls. Actually, my first thought was to make window blinds. We'll see. Anyway, Sybil's kitchen will be blue in its theme. I just bought the blue color variation of this kitchen today. :-)
