This is in my kitchen under my range. Where I spend alot of my day. With an infant who loves to eat I am in my kitchen many hours of the day. I don't love my kitchen, it's old, needs updating and some of my appliances don't work. I thought what better place to try to inspire some creativity then in the one room I must spend time, but don't love spending time. This should help!

Cabinets and under cabinet lights have been installed. I put in all new lighting in the kitchen as wall.

Under construction, but you can see the previous cabinet finish. This client did NOT want to spend $40,000 on new cabinets, since these wood ones were in good shape.

So this is the view from my kitchen window. The picture was supposed to capture the beautiful colours of the sky beyond the trees, which were a rainbow of peaches and pinks and lilacs.

Clearly all I got was light so that will be worked on.

I like the end result anyways though.

Early on during the building process. We framed up an archway. The original wall had a narrow 32" door way.

The tiny, narrow kitchen means we need to make the best use of our overhead space. Note the wireless speaker. Good cooking requires good jazz.
