Sooo we saw how easy it was (on DIY) to install your own kitchen backsplash, and we thought we'd give it a shot.
Cabinets from IKEA (Lidingo and Stat styles). Countertop is quartz. We tried to go for a mix between cottage and some modern elements.
This was the room that I worked on the most. I was really happy with the way it turned out. I love green kitchens.

This spectacular French-Provincial was a winner of the Tour of Homes. Custom built with exceptionally large entertaining rooms and living spaces. I used the program Denoise Projects 2 Professional to tweak a scan of a photo of my long since deceased parents´ kitchen in winter. Canon A1, Canon FDn 2.8/24mm, Kodak Ektachrome 100, developed and scanned by ORWO/Pixelnet.
There seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel?
Some pesky "Kitchen Skrulls" have taken residence in a Earth kitchen. Nick Fury plans to evict the Skrulls from their pantry.
Kitchen of the canteen / cafeteria. The ground was covered in some slimy grease. Not the most pleasant of places.
