I told myself that I would someday rebuild the Mistral. So here she is, the Mistral II. Better than the original and based on the Paris World's Fair 1855 Exhibition on top of Eiffel Tower like iron work. She carries 5 propeller assisted ornithopter fighters with gatling guns and 5 auto gyro bombers.
Chance up this marina while chasing the windmill.
Recce the location for potential shot and went back to location the next day to work on this area.
We had good time; photographing, enjoying the fresh seafood, picking seashells.
Location : Houbihu, Taiwan

Just as an exercise in capturing shapes and light, I was undecided as to whether to process this image but fact is the first one turned out so well I thought others may like to see this one.

1954, i miei vent'anni!

This is a quite rare bird in our parts, In 1954, the stork was gone in Sweden, but thanks to some hard work, they are back and roaming free again. This I had lirerally in my back garden, and I am really happy I could catch in on camera :)

One of my first photos to reach this stunning beach Barrika well known by all nature photographers.
My impression when you arrive and see all these rocks, all these channels filling and emptying of water each time the waves were coming ...
Your head starts to think quickly to compose and photograph every moment ...
It was just spectacular.
You are in the middle of all these natural rock formations ... thinking you're somewhere else ... another planet. I honestly do not seem to be on earth.
One of the most wonderful places I've ever met in my life. I will return for sure.

Taken about 15 minutes after the earlier rendition of this sunset. The vibrant reds and oranges of that image had now toned down to these subtle pinks and yellows.
