In November I shoot this place with b&w film and I returned almost the same spot this May with a different interpretation. I like this place.

Today is first day of 2023, and it's nearly lunar new year- the year of Cat. Yes,"the year of Cat", not "the year of Rabbit". It sounds pretty confusing but it's true. I'm from Vietnam, not China or rest of Asia. In our culture we have 12 Asian Zodiac animals as well but with the Cat instead of the Rabbit. It's a difference from Chinese culture and the difference may make a speciality. I'm proud of it!

Folded by dó paper-a kind of Vietnamese poonah paper.
I designed it by improving my old version of cat to celebrate upcoming lunar new year.
