I was curious to see how many Yellow-billed Spoonbill in-flight captures I posted on Flickr. I've found only one posted in 2015! I also discovered that it had one view and no faves - for some unexplicable reasons I posted several images of that spoonbill as private. Anyway - this is my second post of the Yellow-billed Spoonbil in flight, almost 8 years later...

Ich habe ja die Fotos, die ich nicht gemacht habe, in meinem Kopf. Ob ich sie tatsächlich jemals machen werde? Was spielt das für eine Rolle? Sie fließen durch meine Gedanken, so wie die Regentropfen nur wenige Stunden später von meiner Regenjacke geronnen sind. Es hat keinen Unterschied gemacht, dieser Tag war schön, so wie er war... Wir haben uns in die Hotelbar gesetzt und haben durch das Meer der Tropfen auf den Glasscheiben hinaus auf das Hafenbecken und seine vom Wind bewegte Wasseroberfläche geschaut. Ja, alles war gut... Seltsam gut.“
During my visit in Rotterdam, I absolutely wanted go through the markthall, which is a giant building full of local markets, bars and restaurants. It's a very crowded place, I had to wait a while till I had nobody in my frame to grab this shot. Patience is a vertue.

The shipwreck of the cargo ship the Plassey on the Aran Island of Inis Oirr. It was shipwrecked in a storm in 1960 (all the crew were rescued) and has lain here every since (I think it’s been moved around by storms).
