ODC - SECRET INGREDIENT - August 30 - Sept 5, 2024 - We had some venison that needed to be cooked so he ground it added some hamburger and his special seasonings, you marinate it for 4 days then cook at a very low temp for 8hrs, and it makes it's own casing then we freeze it and take with for the winter, it is so awesome!
Oh yeah.... homemade ice cream. Yum! The cup on the left is mint-chocolate-chip (infused with real mint leaves, not mint flavoring). The top right ice cream is coffee hazelnut chocolate chunk, and the bottom right is fresh lemon sorbet.
I devoured all of them. Yum.

This is a homemade boat I saw in a river community in Riau, Samatra, Indonesia. The area and the people were quite poor but they certainly had well developed skills related to gardening and the river.

Nestled along the canal is the Homemade Burger Co, we didn't find this place until after dinner, but it looked nice.
