茹でて皮をむいてパルミジャーノチーズと塩、胡椒、オリーブオイルで和えて

焼いたパンに乗せたものなんですが素朴な味わいがなかなかいいです・・

美味しかった。。

 

The fun part, folding the edges! My grandma and mom taught me how to crimp the edges like this when I was about 10 years old. I was surprised that I still remembered how to do it.

You have to use day old rice. Garlic, garlic powder, a little salt.

Although Christmas 2009 may not have be as eventful for me as it is for you, don't worry - I got my holiday cheer on last week. My first tagine attempt - chicken tagine with lemon, fennel, carrots, red pepper, kalamata olives. Great flavors!

We were surprised to hear from Nora's mom when she revealed that these delicious fried chicken had nothing but garlic salt and some flour lol! They were so bloody good! Even the kids couldn't stop eating them :)
