w/ Green Onion, Ginger & Sauce

The reception was catered by Tara's mom who makes the best Mexican food that I've had in Colorado.

Honey mustard chicken pizza with green onions

Made to use up some old brownies, pic so poorly Simon can see what he's getting for lunch :)

with rosemary, garlic.

 

score the lamb diagonally, top and bottom. Rub the surface with cooking oil. Rub the garlic and rosemary into the scored surface of the lamb. Roast for 40 minutes. Test, turn over, roast for another 15 minutes. Allow to rest.

 

We make a mushroom gravy with the dripping.

Mini cheeseburgers with baked onion garlic fries.

Romaine lettuce. Dressing - EVOO, red wine vin, lemon juice, dijon mustard, anchovies, capers. Whisk. Toss. Cracked pepper, shredded parmesan.

After lightly frying them, I steamed them to completion. Yummmmm.... Gavin and I ate them all for breakfast.

R made the BEST brunch ! Endless drinking and eating from 2pm to 6pm.

everything but the sink fried rice breakfast. merguez sausage, sauteed vegs, egg, left over brown rice, frozen sweet peas, scallions. was trying to clear fridge of leftovers. tastes kinda like singapore mei fun.

Shot with a Nikon F3hp, Nikkor Ais 50 f1.4 lens with Kodak Tri-x pushed all the way up to 3200 and stand developed for two hours with Rodinal 1:100 dilution.
