This was one of the first breakfasts I learned to make. It's so quick and easy that it's one of our staple hot breakfasts.
Lunch - Lo Po Peng, translated to English = Wife's Biscuit.
Don't know the story behind the name, but I say, only the wife is allowed to eat this biscuit! LOL!!!
