We shot out near the Mojave on a (nearly) abandoned road. We are shooting the second half of this next weekend and hopefully I will have a cut soon after that, which I will of course share with you all!

For this assignment you are to capture an image of a body part. Whether an ear, an eye, elbow or toe, be creative with your composition and lighting. You can be your own model or you can find someone else. Remember, this is family oriented group, so let's keep it clean.
WIT:
I had this idea in my head a long time ago so this was the perfect time to try this.
I used my son and husband as models.

This song means a lot to me because it reminds me of a very happy night.

1. I love getting flickr mail.
2. I've been told I'm lovable. I used to doubt it, but now I'm starting to agree.
3. People tend to view my self-confidence as me being conceited, but it's not.
4. I've had glasses since 3rd grade and contacts since 5th.
5. I'm seeing every member of my family this summer. I feel like I should be more excited.
6. I made 4 bracelets out of the inside of a soda bottle with my friend in 8th grade and I haven't taken them off since.
7. I'm very tall, both for my age and in general.
8. I have lots of scars from falling, mostly on my knees.
9. My lower legs are currently covered in bruises because me and my friend (Andrew for those who know him) were running around Saturday and he kept knocking me over.
10. I have a bracelet that I made out of guitar string that I took off when I restrung my guitar last fall.

Ted has a few hours to kill on Cloud City while Lord Vader attends a family reunion. As he explores the lower levels he is suddenly hit on the head by some guy's hand! Shortly after that someone (probably the owner of the hand) goes flashing past as he falls down a shaft. Ted gets the feeling the reunion didn't go as planned.
I asked my two nephews and niece to spread their hands to make this photograph. An entry for NikonD40challenge Week 120
With lots of time on my hands at the moment I set out to try and find some wide angle subjects. This was one of them today. Houghton Mill, built in the 17th Century, apparently.
