Corset outfit in my own marble-dyed fabric. It's done by hand and is a bit hit-and-miss, but I'm pleased with the effect I managed to achieve.

The skirt was originally a dark turquoise fabric which I bleached out very carefully and washed thoroughly to get rid of all the bleach. It has a softly mottled effect that you can't really see in the pictures.

I also had a nice relaxing afternoon crocheting the little flower trims.

I just love the colours in this!

Happy Monday everyone :)

I was venturing in the cemetery today, and happened across this hand... I never would have seen it as it was covered by tall grass, but I saw a shimmering of white from underneath the green.

I find it rather creepy, to be quite honest.. but that suits my style!

I also made a funny bumper sticker today that says "Welders do it in all positions"... HAHA! I made myself laugh with that one.

Long day teaching today, if my head hurts at the end of it and I know the material then I can only imagine how the students feel.

A lot of today is getting students confident with a pencil in their hands to explore their engineering ideas so that they can articulate them clearly to clients and in the professional exam.
