Forman parejas estables y pasan unos 58 días incubando su único huevo, en turnos de entre un día o dos cada uno. Posteriormente se turnan con la misma frecuencia para dar de comer a su cría.

Buxton set BX494 formed of a pair of Derby built Class 108 power cars stabled on the centre roads at the station on 1 August 1987 a further 108 power car and a Rail Blue centre coach stand to the rear along with one of the two Independent Snowploughs that always seemed to be resident here. Having looked at the photo again I did notice the lack of a windscreen wiper on the 108 so I'm guessing it wasn't a runner.

Movement-Impressionism

An avant-garde painter, pastelist, and printmaker Mary Cassatt occupies a unique place in the history of American art.Her early alliance with the French Impressionists established her reputation as one of the America's leading nineteenth century artists. The subject of this refined pastel is the one that Cassatt made famous-the intimate engagement of a young woman (often a mother) and a child.Working in series, like French colleagues,Cassatt embraced the medium of pastel throughout the 1880s and 1890s.Her large bold drawings are as ambitious as her paintings, but they incorporate and even more dazzling palette and greater spatial daring. This latter example is more resolved in form than some of her sketch-like compositions,if equally immediate in its aesthetic and emotional freshness

Tall trees form a light forest canopy at Pinery Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada.

Pinery Provincial Park was initially reforested with red and white pine trees giving the park its name. However, the area is not naturally a pine forest; the natural ecology is a very rare oak savanna. Only later was the true value of the natural ecology recognized, and the health of the oak savanna is now promoted.

A pretzel (German: Breze(l) is a type of baked bread product made from dough most commonly shaped into a twisted knot. The traditional pretzel shape is a distinctive nonsymmetrical form, with the ends of a long strip of dough intertwined and then twisted back into itself in a certain way (a pretzel loop). In modern times, pretzels come in a range of different shapes.

Salt is the most common seasoning for pretzels, complementing the washing soda or lye treatment that gives pretzels their traditional skin and flavor through the Maillard reaction. Pretzels originated in Europe centuries before Christ's birth, although popular stories claim that the pretzel was invented by a monk to represent arms crossed in prayer to the Trinity. Yesterday I spent another shooting day with Ed and the results are great. You definitely have to follow his stream as well because he is going to publish a really cool image of myself these days. I think I will inform you about that another time when he published it but keep it in mind in case I forget it.

Azulejo

Wikipedia: Azulejo is a form of Spanish and Portuguese painted tin-glazed ceramic tile-work. Azulejos are found on the interior and exterior of churches, palaces, ordinary houses, schools, and nowadays, restaurants, bars and even railways or subway stations. They are an ornamental art form, but also had a specific functional capacity like temperature control in homes. Azulejos constitute a major aspect of Spanish architecture and Portuguese architecture to this day and are fixtures of buildings across Spain and Portugal and their former territories. Many azulejos chronicle major historical and cultural aspects of Spanish and Portuguese history.

Zonotrichia is a genus of five American sparrows of the family Emberizidae. Four of the species are North American, but the rufous-collared sparrow breeds in highlands from the extreme southeast of Mexico to Tierra del Fuego, and on Hispaniola.

American sparrows are a group of mainly New World passerine birds, forming part of the family Emberizidae.

Although they share the name sparrow, American sparrows are more closely related to Old World buntings (which are also in the family Emberizidae) than they are to the Old World sparrows (family Passeridae)
