Single Form, by Barbara Hepworth.
This sculpture stands in Battersea Park London, on the South shore of the lake, and is a smaller version of the one that stands at the United Nations in New York.
The first cast was made in 1963, and was displayed in an open air sculpture exhibition in Battersea Park.
In October that year, It was was shipped to America. It was donated to the Johns Hopkins University, and displayed in Washington D.C.
A second cast was also made in 1963, and was bought by the London County Council and installed at Battersea Park. (pictured here)
Hepworth doubled the size for a casting that would become the largest bronze artwork ever cast at Morris Singer's London foundry.
It was commissioned for the United Nations building, and was erected in New York in May 1964. This bigger version weighs 5.5 tonnes, and stands 6.4m high.
It has now stood at the United Nations for 60 years.

Star forming region in Cassiopeia.
So many structures to see in this nebula, it is full of pillars and interesting formations.
The Soul Nebula, also known as IC 1848, is an emission nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia. It's about 100 light-years across and is located about 6,500 light-years from Earth.
Characteristics:
The Soul Nebula is close to the Heart Nebula, another large emission nebula.
The Soul Nebula is connected to the Heart Nebula by a bridge of material.

I really did enjoy shooting tens of pictures during a storm with wind speeds up to 138km/h. Nature at its best.

The Prins Bernhardsluizen form the shipping connection between the river Waal and the southern part of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. They are located on the east side of Tiel, the lock gates were built in 1952 by Werkspoor Utrecht and are owned by Rijkswaterstaat. The Amsterdam-Rhine Canal is designated as CEMT class VIb with maximum dimensions (L × W × D) of 200 × 23.5 × 4.0 metres.[4]
North of the lock, the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal is crossed by:
• The Betuwelijn, the railway line between Tiel and Arnhem
• Rijksweg 15 (A15)
• The Betuweroute, the railway connection between Rotterdam and Germany
• The Grotebrugse Grintweg, a local connection between the industrial estates on either side of the canal

Natural Bridge or Natural Arch as it was called previously , is a naturally forming rock arch at the opening to this valley grotto . The water stream in time has eroded its way through softer rock layers making a sizeable light filled hole or shaft , there by creating a picturesque waterfall within the cave . This scenic feature has been a popular tourist attraction for the last hundred odd years with many day trippers wanting to escape the Gold Coast and experience the natural beauty of the Hinterlands . The cave is also a habitat for Glow Worms and a colony of Microbats .

The rock formation "Twelve Apostles" in morning light. Australia is still closed for most tourists. So, all we have left are "postcards" like this one.

A une autre époque déjà, les EC 6 et 7 étaient quotidiennement tractés par des Taurus louées à la DB par MRCE Dispolok, faute de suffisamment d'engins moteurs. Le 21 Juillet 2013, voici l'EC 7 pour la Suisse, qui passe devant le village d'Oberwesel, au crochet de l'ES64U2-072. Les derniers EuroCity en rames tractées ont circulé entre l'Allemagne et la Suisse pour la toute dernière fois le 13 Décembre 2025, et ne seront pas reconduits sous cette forme au SA2026.

Two different forms of transportation momentarily meet as the BHS heads lite to switch Odyssey. The MASSIVE Cargill terminal at the port sets the backdrop for this scene. This may or may not be what I've heard called the "100" Crew. I clearly have a lot to learn about this operation... but that's what makes things fun!

Église Saint-Maurice (in English, St. Maurice Church) is a Roman Catholic church in Annecy, France.
It is the oldest church in Annecy. It was originally built as a chapel of a Dominican convent in 1422, sponsored by Cardinal Jean-Allarmet de Brogny.
The church has a Gothic style architecture. Chapels are built in different parts of the nave by noble families or artisan corporations from 1478 onwards, forming the present lower sides of the church. Notably, there is a 15th-century "trompe-l'œil" painting to the left of the choir.
