FORM SHAPE

Today's work space (10/25). I threw 36 tiny hollow closed form balls measuring about 1.5" in diameter off the hump on a complete whim. It was really fun encouraging the obsessive compulsive side of my personality. I'm really interested in the practice of making identical objects -great for skill development.
Now what? I've decided a few will definitely turn into wine stoppers for the Holidays. Perhaps the rest in a wall sculpture?

Two amazing people formed an amazing partnership. Sandra Norton and Keith McNealy became Mr. and Mrs. before their family and friends creating a new chapter into a relationship that saw both sharing decades of military service.
This traditional church pairing culminated with a night of celebration and memories. The first memories shared are those of the Photobooth.
Enjoy these images and prepare for the delight of the family portraits to come.
Thank you for being a part of the McNealy Wedding party!

Here is a close up perspective of my Auntie's legs. I got her to pose in a way that recreated the style of Jenny Saville's artwork.

For my next installment of photos from my trip, I combined two days: a day of train travel where I stopped in Cebere and Montpellier France; and a visit to the convent of La Tourette (another famous work of Swiss architect Le Corbusier). Hope you enjoy the set, and perhaps you should sit down for the slide show (this one isn't quite long as the lyon one)!
