Decided to spoil myself and ordered room service - 8 oz filet mignon with roasted garlic red jacket smashed potatoes and steamed asparagus. Not bad, though I wish they had given me a steak knife.

schwartz Montreal seasoning
Brush on oil, rub in seasoning, tie up with butcher's twine.
Sear on high in pan with olive oil for 2 minutes per side, including ends
Oven at 4:25 until internal reads 135.
Take out and rest for 15 minutes befor devouring
Another filet mignon steak marinating before hitting the grill. Accompanied by some yellow bell pepper also waiting for the grill.
It was supposed to with roasted zucchini as well, but the zucchini was one of those big overgrown ones. It just didn't taste right.
