Off the coast of Phuket Island, Thailand lays beautiful granite rock formations. Chef David Gilbert took a boat and sea kayak trip through the natural formations.

Local restaurant in Ko Phangan, Thailand. The chef prepared a chicken and pork dish, both garnished with prik chilis, galanga, and fragrant Thai spices. These dishes are commonly served with white rice steamed in bamboo.
