Part of our day at the Raymond Blank Cookery School at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.

The class was called STREETS OF SINGAPORE where they taught us a few of the "popular" Sing dishes, it was awesome!

Dorothy Miller and her family came all the way from Vancouver and Whistler to enjoy a class at Kallayanee's Kitchen on Saturday, our last class for 2016.
