Farmer’s Bounty Cooking Workshop

Part of our group tour was a class inMoroccan cooking using tagines. This is a clay cooking vessel with a conical lid. The name "tagine" refers to both the vessel and the dish being cooked.

 

This is our desert. No tagine used.
