DDC-Something New
I spent an afternoon making dog cookies for Shizandra. It was her Christmas gift from me. They are made with Coconut flour et al, grain free and very healthy. She loves them.

My #glutenfree models for today .My baking skills are very basic but with Nir's help we have been able to handle those quite well.
I've just taken all the odd photos off of my phone and found that they go back a few months and include many I had forgotten about. I decided to post a few despite being so far past when they were taken.
Proof that it's not only tiny Wolfie who loves cookies!!!
I made these with the birthday cookies. Would have loved to put a cute ribbon on the bags, but I was shipping them and wanted to get as many cookies in as I could in the box.
I learned something today. I need to work on lighting with the straight up and down shots. I like this shot but there is missing information for any pixel peepers out there.
With golden raisins and chopped walnuts. I make these once every fall for coffee time at our church.
The best Christmas Cookies ever! Made usually in Germany and I got them through Etsy again from Germany but late this year. Still they came, as well as a few in a gift package a few days ago. I used to make my own, if you check back amongst. my photos you will see them, but t hey are a lot of work and this time I purchased them. They are almost all gone because they are so delicious.
NB: Surprise of Surprises! Today I got 2 more smaller boxes and 1 larger box again, for free, from Germany, of these same cookies. How very kind of them and I will be able to share some with my twin sister who is still in hospital and a German friend we both worked with who lives close by and helps out in driving us if we have to go somewhere! She is a very kind friend!
.....gehen immer !

Eine Rolle formen, der gewünschten Größe der Cookies entsprechend. Sie rinnen noch ein bisschen auseinander !
Auf ein Backblech setzen und bei 200 Grad backen. Nicht zu lange !
Gutes Gelingen.
Cookie is looking out the window at a bird eating seed from a dish we put on the porch table. See large
I bought 82 boxes of cookies for Christmas. Every year I buy these cookies for all my customers and some of my friends. I was glad that they were in stock already and I bought them today. :D
I made this cookie tray for my daughter's French class!! They left quite an impression on the teacher and were the talk of the school!!
A little more simple, but fun to make. Alot of the piping on the eggs was inspired by Suga', although hers are alot more detailed and delicate! The back view of the bunny was inspired by cookies by Bidwell....I just loved the back view! I definitely need to get some new Easter cutters. I have a set of the Wilton plastic ones, but if you make a thicker cookie, they are almost impossible to use, aren't they? Or am I the only one having difficulties with them?
Decorate these funky, three tiered cookie cakes in any way you desire to make a big impression at any wedding or party.

We used a candy corn cutter to give each camp member a triangle to create a cookie, thinking outside the box!! You cannot believe how creative everyone was and how many different directions the cookies were turned. At camp, Jen Whitlock showed me how to make Royal Icing flowers and so I used some of them to come up with this design!! They voted this the best triangle cookie design and I won a beautiful copper cutter from ECrandal! Thanks everyone!!!!
With apologies to Cindi...
I totally copied your excellent idea and made doggie carrot cookies today! They were a big hit!
