I baked cookies Sunday afternoon using Betty Crocker's Walnut Chocolate Chip package. I made the cookies really big so I wouldn't spend so much time baking them. I don't have the conventional oven, so I used a toaster oven do bake 'em. Shempre since it was running on electricity, I had to do these babies in the most efficient way possible so I don't run up my electric bill! Yun, they turned out gigantic. LOL.
A friend said they looked like cow dung. Heh. They tasted really good for cow-dung-looking cookies.
Cookie is Stephanie's "Rockabilly" Custom Gloom Beach Draculaura. My friend Asuka was soooo obsessed with Cookie that for her birthday I had Stephanie do another Rockabilly girl for Asuka, and that's Bonnie. (Bonnie gets her name from "Bon Anniversaire") I had a lot of fun photographing both girls, and I'm posting these pictures on Asuka's birthday :)
A sugar cookie base jazzed up with cocoa powder, a white/milk chocolate swirled morsel, and chopped pecans. This makes for a really decadent cookie without being TOO sweet. Needless to say, these were finished baking at around 4:30 PM, and they were gone by 11:45 PM the same night!
