للجميلات اللي طلبوها

سمّو

كرتون خليط بيتي كروكر شوكلاته + بيضتين+ اصبع وربع زبده بدرجة حرارة الغرفه+ ربع كوب حليب سائل + شوي دقيق أبيض

نخلط جميع المقادير عدا الدقيق

راح تكون العجينه نوعا ما سايله نبدأ نضيف الدقيق شوي شوي إلى أن تحسينها تكون مثل عجينة الكوكيز ثم نحطها بالفريز 10 دقائق

نجيب صحن واسع ونحط فيه سكر ناااعم ( غير مطحون) ونبدأ نكور العجينه كور متساويه ونغطيها بالسكر ( أمسحي يديك بالزيت عشان ماتلصق العجينه بيدك )

ونصفها بالصينه وع الفرن 10 دقائق أو 13 ما تاخذ وقت أهم شي كوني عند الفرن لا تحرق عليك أو تنشف

وإذا حابينها بدون سكر نكورها ونضغطها بشكل بسيط وع الفرن برضو 10 دقائق

بعد ما تستوي خليها تبرد واحشيها بأي شئ يعجبك

أنا حشيتها بنت بتر مع حليب مركز ( ماله مقدار معين أخلط إلى أن يعجبني قوامه )

وممكن تحشيه مارشيمولو جيبي نص كمية الكوكيز واقلبيه وحطي على كل وحده حبة مارشيمولو ودخليه ع الفرن (من فوق بس ) ثواني والمارشمولو نتفخ وع طول غطيه بالنص الباقي من الكوكيز .. يصير كأنه ماكرون

Cookies for my Goodedaughter's 5th birthday. Her Mum is no mean cake decorator and had made a stunning JCB cake. Not wanting to cause a glut of cake I opted to contribute some cookies for the party.

Howere they so show up my hideously bad piping skills.

The cookie recipe was a new one to me and the flovour was faintly eggnoggy.

Cookies ordered for a squadron in Iraq.

A sugar cookie base jazzed up with cocoa powder, a white/milk chocolate swirled morsel, and chopped pecans. This makes for a really decadent cookie without being TOO sweet. Needless to say, these were finished baking at around 4:30 PM, and they were gone by 11:45 PM the same night!

I liked my marbling on the ornaments, but that bloody-handed snowman is creeptastic.

i have been making peanut butter cookies since i was a teenager. in fact...when i first started cooking...i could make three things: peanut butter cookies...pancakes...and cakes.

i don't usually eat sweets...but when i do...i want these! yum!
