A sugar cookie base jazzed up with cocoa powder, a white/milk chocolate swirled morsel, and chopped pecans. This makes for a really decadent cookie without being TOO sweet. Needless to say, these were finished baking at around 4:30 PM, and they were gone by 11:45 PM the same night!
this is the cast iron star mold that i found in south city, some kitchen supply store. mind you, the cookies never came out, in one piece anyways.

I usually hand stitch everything, but wholesale quantity is minimum of 50, and I can not be spending so much time on each piece. so these are machine stitched and glued. don't know if I like it...
normally I would hand stitch each detail on to the cookie :P
not sure yet if I'll take the offer...
