Made some more cookies and muffins for the roofers. These cookies were way better than the others.

Poor Cookie had a stroke yesterday but seems to be recovering. This pic was taken last week when she was hanging out with some other 'furry' friends on my desk :)
"Cookie Man" has been part of our family since I got him at a garage sale 30 years ago and has miraculously survived my 3 kids without any damage!
These cookies are called "Hallongrottor" in swedish, which directly translated means "Raspberry caves". However, their simple to bake, and with the mix of vanilla-tasting pastry dough and raspberry jam, they're really tasty.
Another silly picture I made with AI and my demented imagination. I took a picture of a real street scene with three young women minding a cookie stand and added Cookie Monster . . . plus five legendary comedians, the names of which from left to right appear in the tags.
I ate this because I was starting to feel icky. Low blood sugar. This yummy cookie helped get me back up to speed!
