93 page cookbook made in 1948. No doubt a "tourist" cookbook picked up on a vacation to the Keys. Unique recipes pertaining to Key West Florida. Interesting terminology for food in the Keys in 1948. As with any older (pre-2010) cookbook, care should be given when the recipe calls for a can of something (like a small can of evaporated milk) as the number of ounces in a can has decreased since 1948.
I haven't even gotten to the recipes yet, but I can't put it down. Such fantastic information! I feel like I can make a sourdough with the rest of them!

After I gave DJ all the TIFF files, he inserted them into his text. And then he sent everything to Kinkos to have the book printed. My responsibility of this little garage project ended here.
He informed me that he'd got the books, and the result was better than what he expected, especially when the budget was so low. I am glad that he is happy about it. This is DJ holding a copy of his cookbook.
