Cookbooks have seen a decline in sales over the past 2 years. Cookbook sales dropped from 3.6 million to 3.3 million (2012, Good Living) . Food magazines are also seeing a decline in sales with Masterchef Magazine experiencing a 40% drop in readership from 2009-2011.

The hardest thing to do on a Saturday morning is decide what to make.... and what part of the world I want to visit tonight!... The cookbook collection in Thailand is growing!

Perhaps if I had paid more attention to the cookbook the angel food cake would have looked like it was supposed to instead of looking like a cow pie. It tasted OK though.
