Taken on the beautiful isle of GRAULAND, many months ago....
This is a re-edit of a photo that I posted when my husband and I decided to simplify our life by selling our big house in the burbs and downsizing to a lovely, vintage mobile home on a pond. Nearly two years later, we have no regrets. It is one of the best decisions we have ever made. The original photo is in the comments below.
It was showering, suddenly there was this fawn standing on the middle of the road, Highway 93. We stopped our car in a distance and waited till he cross the road after much contemplating. Then we saw her mom on the other side waiting for this little one to join her.
Took this picture through the wet windshield, as I learned my lesson in a hard way when taking the bear family picture :)

Scared me this bloke, just jumped over the fence to the edge of a very big drop and I got concerned but he did continue walking, I realised today I get vertigo so didnt go near at all. pfft.
